Sounds like good advice to me…What happens when you can’t find anyone inspirational that you that you can “hang with” or someone you admire who isn’t willing to lift you up?  I think the problem with that set-up is that people moving up don’t want to look back (or down).  So, ultimately it seems up to the individual, not the group-unless you’re willing to be submissive and gain the trust of those who get satisfaction from pissing on you.  -Waveybrain
